Q1.  What is the return policy for JustNTyme Boutique?


JustNTyme is a premiere online boutique who values your business; therefore if you are not 100% satisfied with any article of clothing* you receive you are able to make an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order from the postal service you may return your article for a store credit.  (Exclusions do apply*)


Q2.  What is your policy on exchanges?

You can return unworn, unused items within 7 days of the shippment date for an exchange. On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the exchange, also include name of item, size and color.  Items must have all tags attached.  Please be aware if u returns a garment that has cigarette smoke, odors, perfume scent, deodorant or makeup, jewelry or ring snags, etc., the return will not be accepted and it will be sent back to you. We charge a 25% restocking fee on ALL Returns requiring money back.

 

Q3.  What items are final sale?

Clearance, Jewelry and Handbags sales are all FINAL.

(PLEASE NOTE): If the items are received back to us not in the original condition it will be returned back to you).  All items should be sent with delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost packages.  We send all packages via USPS and recommend all returned items be shipped to us using USPS.

Q5.  Does my Store Credit Expire?

JustNTyme Boutique will provide a store credits after it has received the returned item.  Store Credits will expire 90 days after the returned items has been received at JustNTyme.  Be careful and always save your email contain your store credit/purchase confirmation number.
